The merchant agreement is in your company’s name and buyers enter card details on the bank’s own page.

Status without manual checks
Payment is confirmed by the bank’s server, not the buyer’s browser, so an order can’t be marked paid unless the money arrived.

Cancel and refund from the admin panel where the method supports it; you and the buyer are notified of every payment.
